The Proceedings of the 1996 Symposium

As part of our commemoration of 25 years as a Chapter of the Ontario Archaeological Society, we have prepared the Proceedings of the Kingston Symposium for publication. Eleven of the 18 papers are included. In most cases, these consist of expanded versions of the presentations with proper citations added and styles altered for publication.
In keeping with the theme of the Forum (From Priority to Practice: Archaeology in the 21st Century) which took place Sumposium Sunday, the Proceedings are published on the Internet with the collaboration of Digital Equipment of Canada. PDF files (readable with Acrobat Reader) are offered FREE to anyone with a modem and an Internet link.
